1. Delivery Method

• Files delivered via secure email or encrypted cloud links.
• Formats: PDF, DOCX, DWG, or as mutually agreed.

2. Estimated Timelines

• Standard Reports: 3–5 business days
• Complex Technical Documents: 7–14 business days
• Rush Requests: Available for additional fees

Final delivery schedule is confirmed after project briefing and payment.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide timely inputs, references, and approvals.
• Download and archive delivered files within 30 days.

4. Delays

Not our responsibility if caused by:

• Late client inputs or approvals
• Changes after work begins
• Force majeure or technical failures

5. Missing Deliverables

If you haven't received your file by the expected date:

• First, check spam/junk email folders.
